Quick facts
- Charlotte's costume shop since 1965, at 4300 Monroe Road.
- Family-run for four generations.
- Miss Amy Morris just turned 90. She has been at the store since day one in 1965 and still works six days a week.

- Today the Halloween store fills 35,000 square feet: 2,000+ costumes, walls of masks, special-effects makeup, fog machines and life-size animated props.
- New this year: morriscostume.com, with same-day in-store pickup. This Christmas, Santa suits can be rented online and shipped anywhere.
